Your AI performance tracker.
Bene brings your workouts, nutrition, weight, and habits into one connected day — read by a coach that reasons over your real logs and cites your own numbers, not generic advice. Get training and nutrition right, and perform better than ever.
Good, every day.
One connected day
Five apps that never talked to each other. Bene is one.
Workouts, food, weight, habits, and plans land on a single timeline. So you can finally see whether your nutrition is keeping up with your training — the one thing five separate apps can never show you.
Works with any wearable — your workouts come in automatically.
Meet your Coach
A coach that's actually read your logs.
Not a generic chatbot. Bene's coach reasons over everything you've tracked, and answers with your own numbers.
Grounded in your data
It answers with your real numbers — never a generic template.
Remembers what matters
Tell it about an injury, your schedule, a preference — it holds onto it. You can see and delete everything it remembers.
Proposes, you decide
It drafts workouts and nutrition tweaks as cards you tap to apply. It never changes anything on its own.
Shows up at the right moment
Pre-session readiness, post-log insights, and a weekly review — surfaced inline on the day they're about.
Only a summary of your logs is sent to generate a reply — and only when you ask. How your data is handled.
Capture anything in seconds
Log it fast, or you won't log it at all.
Food
Snap a photo of your plate and the coach estimates it. Or scan a barcode, search three food databases, or quick-add in a tap.
Workouts
Build routines, run guided sessions, and auto-track PRs, volume and consistency.
Weight
One tap a day. A trend line that ignores the noise, with a 7-day average.
Habits
Tick today and watch the streak grow — daily, weekdays, or a few times a week.
Any wearable
Runs, rides and every other workout from any wearable — Apple Watch, Garmin, Coros and more — come in automatically, with no double logging.
Nutrition that adapts
Targets on day one. Recalibrated as you go.
Targets on day one
Get a calorie and macro target from a proper TDEE calculation — no guesswork, no spreadsheet.
Recalibrated as you go
Every couple of weeks, your coach back-calculates your real TDEE from what you logged and how your weight is trending, and proposes an adjustment.
Shaped around your training
Hard session coming up? It can set load and recovery days around it, so fuel matches effort.
How it works
From scattered logging to one clear picture.
Capture your day
Scan a meal or a barcode, log a set, tick a habit, note your weight — fast enough that you'll actually keep up.
Connect everything
Workouts, food, weight, habits, and plans land on one timeline — and workouts from any wearable flow in automatically.
Coach reads the whole picture
Your coach reasons over your real logs and cites your own numbers, so the guidance fits you — not a generic template.
Questions
Good to know.
What is Bene?
An all-in-one performance tracker for iPhone. Bene brings your workouts, nutrition, weight, habits, and training plans into one connected day, with an AI coach that reasons over your real logs.
When is Bene launching?
Bene is coming soon to the App Store. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment it's live.
How does the coach work?
It answers questions and shares check-ins built from the data you've logged — citing your own numbers, never a generic template. It can propose workouts and nutrition tweaks, but only you apply them, and it's guidance, not medical advice.
What can the coach see — and is my data private?
Only a summary of the logs you choose to keep is sent — and only when you ask the coach something or it has an insight for you. Route and location data is never sent, and we don't sell your data or use it for advertising. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Does it work with my wearable?
Yes — completed workouts from any wearable, like an Apple Watch, Garmin or Coros, flow onto your timeline automatically. Bene brings in workouts only, not steps, sleep or other ambient metrics.
